I’m Chrismaldi Casado — a people-centered strategist, leadership coach, and advisor supporting individuals and organizations through growth, transition, and complexity.
My work spans grassroots, nonprofit, philanthropic, and corporate environments. I’ve led and advised on community engagement, leadership development, ERG strategy, and corporate citizenship initiatives, partnering closely with executive leaders, boards, and cross-functional teams.
Across my career, I’ve supported leaders working in economic mobility, healthcare, and education — helping them clarify priorities, strengthen trust, and move ideas into action. I bring a relational and structured approach to leadership development, grounded in the belief that sustainable impact comes from alignment between people, purpose, and practice.
